Plain English: we collect only what we need to reply to your enquiries and run the site. We don't sell your data.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, and the content of your message. When you visit the site we collect anonymous usage stats (page views, referrer, device type) via privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to enquiries, understand which pages are useful, and improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest for analytics, and consent (you filling in the form) for enquiry data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages: up to 24 months in our inbox. Analytics: aggregated, no identifying detail retained beyond 12 months.
Who we share it with
Our email provider and analytics provider. That's it. We never sell or share your data for marketing by third parties.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email hello@beefurnitureoutlet.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We don't use tracking cookies. The site uses one essential preference cookie only if you've explicitly enabled something that requires it.
