Refund policy

We want you to love your furniture. If you need to return an order, you have 30 days from delivery to do so under this returns policy.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return items. We do not offer a return collection service. You must return the goods at your own expense using a courier suitable for large, heavy furniture, or your own vehicle if it is suitable.

How to return

1. Contact us at hello@beefurnitureoutlet.co.uk, call 01476 338 780, or use our contact form so we can log your return.
2. Write your postcode and order number on a piece of paper and attach it to each side of every item you are returning.
3. Return the items in the same condition you received them.

Condition and refunds

Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. If items are returned in less than brand-new condition, a deduction may be applied to your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Faulty or damaged goods

If an item is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. For manufacturing defects covered by our commercial frame guarantee, see our Guarantee page.

Your statutory cancellation rights

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply, you may also have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts. This returns policy does not replace or reduce those statutory rights, or your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
