We want you to love your furniture. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Your right to return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel and return it for a full refund, without needing to give a reason.

How to request a return

  1. Log in to your account at /account and go to your orders
  2. Click "Request return" on the relevant order
  3. Tell us the reason and how many items you'd like to return
  4. We'll confirm your return within 1–2 business days

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered — unused and in original packaging where possible
  • You are responsible for the cost of return delivery for large furniture items unless the item is faulty
  • For large items, we can arrange collection — a collection charge may apply
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification cannot be returned

Items that cannot be returned

  • Made-to-order or bespoke items
  • Mattresses or items with hygiene seals that have been opened
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at point of sale

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund. Within 6 months, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Please photograph any damage as soon as you notice it and contact us immediately.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Ex-display and outlet items

Items sold as ex-display, customer returns, or end-of-line are sold at reduced prices to reflect their condition. The condition is clearly stated on each product. These items are still covered by your statutory rights.
