These terms cover the purchase of goods from Bee Furniture Outlet via this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Your contract with us
By placing an order on this website, you enter into a contract with us for the purchase of goods. Your order is an offer to buy; it is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders where items are out of stock or incorrectly priced.
Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed. Stock levels are updated regularly but items can sell out between website updates.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via our secure checkout powered by Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full delivery information including rates, areas served, and estimated timescales. Furniture delivery requires a confirmed delivery appointment — we will contact you within 2 business days of your order.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@beefurnitureoutlet.co.uk or log in to your account and request a return.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning large items unless they are faulty or not as described. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Exceptions to the right to cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Made-to-order or bespoke items
- Items that have been clearly used or damaged by you
- Goods with hygiene seals that have been broken (e.g. mattresses)
Faulty goods
If your goods are faulty or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or within 6 months for a repair or replacement.
Images and descriptions
Product photos are representative. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Dimensions shown are approximate.
Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
