Shipping policy

Delivery is free across the UK mainland, including Scotland. We deliver on set days by postcode — contact us with your postcode and we will tell you which day we serve your area.

Delivery times and tracking

• Deliveries run between 6:30am and 7:00pm
• You receive a 2-hour time slot the day before delivery
• On delivery day you receive a live tracking link with updates

What our team does on delivery

Our team will take your furniture into any room of your choice, assemble it there, and show you how to use features such as storage compartments or sofa-bed mechanisms. Please clear a pathway so we can bring items in safely.

We do not take packaging away. Packaging is cardboard and plastic and can go in your recycling.

Inspect before you sign

Please inspect your furniture carefully on delivery and only sign when you are happy with it. Claims for visible damage found after you have signed for the delivery are not accepted under this delivery policy. This does not affect your 12-month guarantee or your statutory rights.

Missed deliveries

If you have agreed a delivery date and nobody is available to accept the delivery, we charge £99 for re-delivery. Please arrange for someone to be present for the agreed slot. We will do what we can to complete delivery first time.

Coverage

Free delivery applies to mainland UK addresses, including Scotland where we deliver. Some postcodes (including certain Scottish and island areas) are outside our carrier schedule — contact us with your postcode before ordering at hello@beefurnitureoutlet.co.uk or 01476 338 780 and we will confirm your delivery day or coverage.
